I have locked my ticket. How do I unlock it?

You do not need to unlock your ticket before attending the event.
Locking your ticket only means that you have locked it for download, to prevent unauthorized access.

If, by any chance, you need to unlock it again - follow the instructions at download.tickster.com/

If you have lost your reference number, please contact our customer service.
We may ask you some questions to confirm that you are the original purchaser of the ticket, so we would appreciate it if you have the purchase details handy.
