1) Download via MyTickster

All purchases you have made (using the same email address) can be accessed through MyTickster. There, you can download tickets, vouchers, and pay for bookings.

2) Enter your reference number manually

A reference number is a 10-character code assigned to each purchase. You can find it on the receipt page and in the receipt email you receive after completing a purchase.

If you can't find your receipt email in your inbox, make sure to also check your spam and trash folders.

3) Contact Tickster Support

Our customer service can help you locate your purchase. You can reach us through the support guide below. Remember to include as much information as possible when contacting us to facilitate the process. Examples of information we ask for in the support guide:

• Which event did you purchase tickets for?
• When did you make the purchase?
• What email address did you provide when making the purchase?
• Phone number (if we need to contact you for more information)
