Accessibility and wheelchair spaces at events

Accessibility arrangements vary between events and venues. Information about accessibility can usually be found in the event description on the purchase page or on the organiser’s website.

There you may find information about:

  • wheelchair spaces,
  • accessible entrances and toilets,
  • lifts and other facilities,
  • companion tickets,
  • how to contact the organiser before your visit.

Buying a ticket for a wheelchair space

If specific tickets for wheelchair spaces or companions are available, they will usually appear as separate ticket options on the event’s purchase page. In that case, select the option that meets your needs.

If the information is missing or unclear, you can contact the organiser directly. You can also contact Ticket Support, and we will help you look for the information and find the appropriate contact details.

If you have already purchased a ticket

If you have already purchased a ticket and require a wheelchair space or another accessibility arrangement, first check the event description and the organiser’s website.

If you cannot find the answer there, you can contact the organiser or Ticket Support. When contacting us, please provide the event, date and booking reference so that we can help you find the available information.

The organiser is responsible for the venue and can provide the final confirmation regarding available spaces and accessibility arrangements. Ticket Support can help with questions about the ticket purchase, the ticket options shown in Tickster’s purchase flow and finding relevant accessibility information.
